Job Purpose:
• Play a crucial role in supporting the investment team in conducting research, monitoring and controlling investment opportunities, and assisting with portfolio management.
• This job holder will work closely with Senior investment Leaders to evaluate potential investments, monitor portfolio
performance, and contribute to the development of investment strategies.
Accountabilities:
1. Investment Research and Analysis
• Conduct research and analysis on various investment opportunities across asset classes,
including equities, fixed income, alternative investments, and others. Utilize fundamental and
quantitative analysis techniques to evaluate investment potential, assess risks, and identify
potential returns. Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and industry
developments to inform investment decision-making.
2. Financial Modelling and Valuation
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess the value and potential performance of
investment opportunities. Conduct valuation analysis, comparable company analysis, and
other relevant valuation methodologies.
• Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario modelling to assess investment risks and potential
outcomes.
3. Portfolio Monitoring and Reporting
• Assist in monitoring the performance of investment portfolios. Track key performance metrics,
control portfolio attribution, and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the preparation of investment reports and performance updates for internal
stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with the investment team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of investment
activities
4. Investment Strategy Support
• Support senior investment professionals in the development and refinement of investment
strategies and asset allocation models.
• Assist with research on macroeconomic factors, industry trends, and market dynamics to
inform investment strategy decisions.
• Contribute to the preparation of investment presentations and materials for internal and
external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
• University Degree in Finance, Economics, or related major
• CFA designation is preferred.
Knowledge:
• Thorough knowledge of Capital Market processes & procedures
• Deep understanding of investment activities and fundraising best practices

• Solid understanding of various asset classes
• Multiples, ratios, and peer analysis
• Financial statements interpretation
• Hedging tools and techniques are a plus
Technical Skills:
• Strong financial analysis and ability to build financial models from scratch
• Strong presentation skills and structured approach to develop dashboards
• Computer literate and MS Office proficiency
Language Skills:
• Proficiency in English (written & oral) essential with strong presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
