Job Description
Location: Riyadh, KSA.
Project Duration: 1 year, subject to extension.
Years of Experience: 2-5 years.
Language Requirements: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Scope: The scope of this project encompasses the implementation, integration, and migration of a Loan Management System (LMS) primarily utilizing Temenos Transact AA T24. It begins with a thorough analysis of functional and technical requirements, followed by the design of system architecture, development, testing, and rollout phases, culminating in the launch phase, including production environment deployment and post-launch support.
Detailed Activities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Review configuration, customization, and integration of the Temenos system to meet specific loan management needs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure adherence to best practices and project timelines.
- Document all technical aspects comprehensively, including System Requirement Specifications (SRS), Low-Level Designs (LLD), integration guides, user manuals, and training materials.
- Review test plans to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Assist in data migration activities for a seamless transition.
- Liaise with the project management team to provide progress updates, mitigate risks, and propose solutions.
- Participate in technical and functional sessions, and review deliverables.
- Actively engage in vendor-provided training for effective knowledge transfer.
- Maintain clear communication with vendors and stakeholders to address any queries.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Profound understanding of Temenos modules, particularly Transact AA T24.
- Extensive experience in Temenos implementation, integration, and migration projects.
- Strong grasp of retail and corporate banking operations.
- Expertise in customizing and configuring loan management systems within the Temenos environment.
- Proven track record in integration and migration projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Familiarity with Temenos integration frameworks for seamless system integration.
- Sound knowledge of banking processes, especially pertaining to loan creation, disbursement, servicing, and collections.
- Strong management skills, including task prioritization, timeline management, and timely deliverables.
- Proficiency in Arabic.
