Job Description

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in the telecommunications sector. Manage multiple accounts effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within key accounts by understanding the broader economic, competitive, and technology landscape. Upsell and cross-sell our telecommunications products and services to meet the clients' evolving needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans to enhance client relationships, increase revenue streams, and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Client Retention: Monitor the service delivery and customer service provided to key accounts, ensuring that all client needs are met promptly and efficiently. Implement strategies to retain and grow your account base.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on account status, including sales results, pipeline, and forecast. Analyze trends within your accounts to proactively address potential issues.
  • Market Insight: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes that may impact key clients. Share insights with internal teams to guide the development of new services and products.

Skills

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in directing multiple undertakings.
  • A mix of business understanding and leadership affinity.
  • Familiarization with business tracks, complemented by the initiative to steer a team effectively.
  • Minimum 2 years of telecom experience.
