We are looking for a competent Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our project. You will be the one, coordinating shareholders to achieve the effective distribution of materials and equipments.
Collaborating with concerned functions to develop plans for transporting materials and equipments,
Coordinating shipping schedules and routes with transportation companies to ensure that goods arrive on time and without damage,
Coordinating with customs officials and customs clearance service providers to ensure that incoming shipments meet all legal requirements for entry into the country,
Developing and implementing effective tracking systems to monitor the progress of shipments in real time,
Managing inventory and supervising staff members who handle inventory control, including ordering new inventory when necessary,
Planning and coordinating the movement of materials and equipments within an organization using advanced computer systems,
Ensuring that shipping containers are properly labeled with addresses, contents, weights, etc.
5+ years' proven experience of working as a Logistics Coordinator or other similar position,
BSc/BA in supply chain management or relevant field,
GCC is Experience is a MUST, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Experience is ESSENTIAL,
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes,
Proficient with MS Office tools,
Practical experience with construction industry,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities,
Strong time and project management skills,
Conflict and crisis management skills,
Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements,
