Job Description

  1. Monitor & Control: Track shipments in real-time, identify potential delays, and analyze data to proactively address issues.
  2. Logistics Support: Assist with shipment planning, route optimization, documentation, and inventory management.
  3. Communication & Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with internal & external stakeholders, escalate issues, and collaborate for smooth logistics flow.
  4. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze logistics data to identify trends, optimize processes, and generate reports.
  5. Compliance & Documentation: Prepare and process accurate shipping documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.


Skills

  1. Logistics Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, operations, or a related field.
  2. Problem-Solving & Analysis: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve logistical challenges.
  3. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  4. Technical Skills: 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Experience with GPS tracking software.
  • Experience with ERP

5.Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
