Education/ Professional Qualifications

Engineering Degree – specifically electrical (automation) and mechanical is preferred

Experience

3-5 years of knowledge of plastics blow molding or injection molding equipment, molds and accessories, processes and control systems At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry 5 years of responsible experience in Plastic Manufacturing Industry, In-depth knowledge of the plastic process Project Management experience is a plus Experience in handling PLC and invertors programming Experience in handling hydraulic systems and pneumatic systems Experience in handling of compressors, dryers, chillers and pumps

Personal Competencies

Thorough understanding of Health and Safety practices Excellent communication (English) and organizational skills Possess the ability to communicate, lead, motivate, participate, and train team members, to promote growth and a team-oriented environment Familiar with 5S and lean management tools Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operation System Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Advance knowledge in ERP systems (Oracle considered as a plus) Ability to learn usage of maintenance software for data input and research parts Interaction with the production, quality and logistics team as required.
