Managing Director – KSA National

Our client is a global events and communications agency seeking a Managing Director to spearhead and elevate their presence and operations in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of all Saudi events business operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives and standards.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, corporate clients, and industry partners, to drive business growth and expansion opportunities.
• Oversee the development and implementation of innovative event concepts, formats, and themes that resonate with target audiences and meet client objectives.
• Direct the sales and marketing efforts for Saudi events, including identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maximizing revenue generation.
• Manage the operational aspects of events, including budgeting, logistics, staffing, and vendor management, to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Saudi events team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional development.

The role is based full-time in Riyadh and in line with the Saudization targets, you MUST be a Saudi National to be considered.
