Job Description

Coordinating, facilitating, and assisting the execution of marketing activities and initiatives at Alaqtar, in a manner that reflects the company’s values, safeguards its reputation, and nurtures its brand name in accordance with the set standards, policies, and procedures.


Duties & Responsibilities:


Technical & Executive Duties:


  • Implementing Alaqtar’s marketing strategies, plans, and standards while contributing to the utilization of effective communication channels; including both offline and online marketing to promote Alaqtar’s products.
  • Coordinating with local, regional, and international entities that shall facilitate the function’s role, including media companies/specialists, and marketing agencies, among others, and maintaining strong relationships with such entities.
  • Implementing the marketing and promotional campaigns of the company with the aim of spreading Alaqtar’s name and drawing a positive image of the company in coordination with advertising entities.
  • Gathering all information and data from various sources to study the market, including sales figures of competing companies, market shares, market size, prices, target segments, and related information that serves the marketing strategies.
  • Handling the activities related to planning and executing Alaqtar’s exhibitions in coordination with the concerned parties, leading to expanding Alaqtar’s customer base.
  • Preparing marketing material for different events, attending such events, in addition to translating advertising texts when needed.
  • Participating in building and updating a standard template for Alaqtar’s marketing material; entailing a convenient design and layout, appealing color code, and eye-catching data visualizations, among others, while ensuring the reflection of Alaqtar’s brand identity.
  • Documenting and recording all completed marketing work, including programs, marketing, promotional campaigns, etc. to ensure future ease of access.
  • Researching new marketing strategies and trends to stay-up-to-date with new approaches and techniques and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Contribute to analyzing the results of the marketing and promotional programs and campaigns by using various metrics and studying the outcomes and the costs of these campaigns to evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Performing any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
