Key Accountabilities

• Generate creative ideas for campaigns.
• Craft media messages, identify target audiences, communication channels, promotion details, influencers, and performance indicators.
• Conduct benchmark comparisons for campaigns and targeted clients.
• Initiate proposals and recommend innovative solutions, tools, and marketing channels.
• Determine the most effective times and locations for launching and executing campaigns.
• Review campaign products before launch with the project management team.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns during and after their launch and identify suitable development methods.
• Document lessons learned, negatives, positives, and available opportunities.
• Collaborate and coordinate with project management, clients, and influencers to develop and present media campaigns in accordance with company operational policies.
• Organize meetings and workshops in cooperation and coordination with project management to build ideas and media plans.
• Actively participate in meetings and workshops related to the company's team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2 years experience in marketing campaigns and strategies.
