Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repair works mainly on civil structures and partially on electrical/HVAC/Plumbing.
› Prepare work order for all completed jobs.
› Request and maintain spares parts for all system based on conditional reports.
› Specific works:
Mason: Plastering, bricklaying, patch repairs to wall finishes, excavation and drilling, maintenance and use of
abrasive wheels equipment, basic plumbing and carpentry.
Carpenter: Use of planer, circular saws, dust extraction equipment, pillar drill, and undertaking patch repairs to
wall finishes, tiling, general joinery, woodwork, basic plumbing and masonry, maintenance and use of abrasive
wheels equipment.
Plumber: Welding, brazing, lead work, repairs to domestic hot/cold water supplies, clearance and repairs to soil
and associated waste water systems,
Painter: Apply paint, stain and other finishes to property walls, ceilings, and furniture using brushes, spray
guns, or rollers. Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces for finish coats.
› Ensure compliance with all SNC-Lavalin HSE rules.
› Take steps and initiatives to protect environment by limiting printing, energy and water saving.
› Do not engage in unsafe act and always report unsafe conditions
› Report all the incidents immediately
› Wear required PPE all the time while on work
› Attend tool box talks and other trainings
