RequirementsRoles & Responsibilities:
Office Staff:
- Collaborate with management to complete necessary projects; work independently on prior delegated tasks.
- Utilize “back-office” computer systems, particularly SAP software, for data entry and processing.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Assist in office administration tasks as required.
Production Supervisor:
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely production of goods.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of production processes, machinery, and equipment.
- Previous experience in production supervision or management is essential.
- Create and update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Coordinate with maintenance and logistics departments to optimize production schedules.
- Train and supervise production staff to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels for production activities.
- Resolve any production-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
