As an "Operations Director", you'll oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning across clinics, handling issues promptly, and monitoring key metrics like patient flow and staff productivity. You'll also manage the clinics' Profit and Loss, lead staff recruitment and training, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Description
Supervise daily operations of the clinics Accountability for clinics' P&L (in collaboration with relevant team members)Manage supplier relationshipsOversee inventory levels and turns goals set by senior management and control processes and procurement to achieve these goals on both drugs and medical suppliesManage IT teams to leverage technology solutions for operational efficiencyLead in site selection, development, build-out, and execution of opening new clinicsCultivate a culture of continuous improvement and excellenceWork cross-functionally with the clinical teams and other functions and business unit


Profile
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management or a relevant field is required.Minimum 5 years of management and administrative experience in a healthcare setting, with multi-site management experience.Experience managing a Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.Direct experience working with physicians, nurses & clinical staff.KSA healthcare experience.
