Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Functional Technical Consultant to join a team. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Supply Chain modules, exceptional technical skills in Oracle E-Business Suite R12, and the ability to lead Oracle ERP implementation projects within the supply chain domain.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enhancing and customizing Oracle Supply Chain functionalities to meet specific business needs, integrating these modules with both Oracle and third-party applications to optimize data flow and system performance.
Key Accountabilities- Implement, enhance, and configure Oracle Supply Chain modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Service Procurement, iProcurement, and iSupplier to meet business requirements.
- Lead and manage Oracle ERP implementation projects within the supply chain domain, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Integrate Oracle Supply Chain modules with other Oracle and third-party applications, enhancing system performance and optimizing data flow.
- Customize and develop Oracle Supply Chain functionalities to meet specific business requirements, improving functionality and efficiency.
- Lead conversations with C-level and executive business stakeholders for the solution design of complex scenarios.
- Document business requirements in line with Oracle Unified Method (OUM) methodology.
- Utilize Oracle Enterprise Command Center to configure and enhance system performance and user experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Supply Chain Functional Technical Consultant.
- Previous implementation and/or support experience in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Contracting)industry.
- Deep understanding of Oracle Supply Chain modules, including advanced modules in both OracleE-business suite (R12)and Oracle Fusion.
- Strong technical skills in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and Workflow.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage Oracle ERP implementation projects in the supply chain domain.
- Experience in integrating Oracle Supply Chain modules with other systems to enhance performance and optimize data flow.
- Skills in customizing and developing functionalities within the Oracle Supply Chain to meet specific business requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all levels of the organization, including C-level executives.
- Proficiency in documenting business requirements and solution design.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion.
- Additional certifications in supply chain management or IT management are a plus.
