Job Description

  • The role of this incumbent is to lead the design, development, and implementation of all talent management initiatives to drive Company’s sustainability and business growth.
  • Lead, develop, and deploy all performance management system (ENJAZ) activities, including conducting awareness sessions, planning, mid-year, and year-end submissions of all employees and following up with LMs to make sure each cycle is closed properly.
  • Lead and deploy all career development and leadership development initiatives within the Company and make sure to best utilize such programs in retaining high-performing employees.
  • Lead and implement all training & development activities including TNA, coordination of external & internal training sessions, and all logistics involved.
  • Ensure effectiveness of all employee engagement initiatives and propose new ones if applicable as well as evaluation.
  • Responsible for the Great Place to Work This includes proper coordination with GPTW, ensuring success of survey and deployment, as well as the company maintaining a high ranking amongst others.
  • Participate in the preparation and implementation of the succession planning program “iLead” and assist the Head of HR in ensuring successful implementation and the retaining of high performers.
  • Responsible for implementing best practices in all of the organizational design
  • Ensure all HR policies & procedures are up to date and compliant with all Saudi Labor Law.
  • Carry out all onboarding & induction activities and suggest improvements where applicable.

  • BS degree in Business Administration or related
