Partner Relations Manager - KSA

Take over a key role as Partner Relations Manager - KSA in the Business Development department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success. 

 What we expect from you:

• Manage the partners and stakeholders with agencies and ministries
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners
• Manage and coordinate supply onboarding with partners
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics of partnerships and clients
• Manage governmental licenses and regulation

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant work experience 
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with a proven track record of inspiring and driving them towards achieving business goals
• Deep understanding of the Riyadh market, including cultural nuances, consumer behavior, and local regulations
• Proven success in business development, sales, or marketing, especially in expanding or establishing a brand's presence in a new market or region
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans that have led to tangible growth and success
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation
• Experience managing a profit and loss (P&L) statement is highly desirable
• Fluency in both Arabic and English
• Familiarity with digital platforms, e-commerce, and the latest technology trends
