Thales has been selected to supply major electronic systems for air defence and the Group also supplied communication and optronic systems for the Army, the Saudi Arabia National Guards and the Air Force.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage the payroll process from start to finish, including data entry, processing, and distribution of payroll for all Legal entities of Thales in KSA. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, taxes, and deductions. Review and approve payroll reports and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. Stay updated on changes to payroll laws and regulations and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. Oversee the preparation and submission of payroll tax returns and payments. Manage relationships with payroll service providers and ensure service level agreements are met. Train and supervise payroll staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll issues. Prepare payroll-related reports for management and external stakeholders as required. Liaise with Finance on the salary transfer by providing the payroll files and bank file. Process end of service benefits for leavers in accordance with local regulations. Maintain accurate data on Payroll software and Workday in collaboration with HRBP. Work closely with HR operations for new joiners and leavers update related to payroll. Attend monthly calls and meeting with TPA and payroll partners for the workflow and with the Global teams as and whenever needed. Ensure the payroll audit and data are updated in the payroll folders and the country payroll process is followed in terms of keeping track of all the variables and deductibles added to the payroll files. Prepare the HR Provision reports every month. Manage employee dependents’ file for benefits allocation. Ensure seamless alignment between employment contracts, including labor agreements, and the payroll system
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in similar positions Knowledge of PAYROLL System. Business Understanding and prefer complex multi-unit industrial projects Knowledge / experience with SAP A great team player
QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
PREFERRED SKILLS :
Proven experience 5 to 10 in payroll processing and management, preferably in a supervisory role. . Strong understanding of payroll principles, regulations, and best practices. Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel. . Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred.
