Overview of the role:
Ensure PDI centre is focused on highest standards for associates & customer engagement, sustains high quality production & process standards & maintains benchmark, achieves sales target in proportion to vehicle sales. Ensure PDI centre follows SOP & adheres to company agreed SLA, Kaizen initiatives in PDI centre is implemented, improved & sustained, HSSE & brand standards in PDI Centre are always maintained.
What you will do:
• Ensure PDI & PPO Operations function with highest standards, maximize output &minimize work interruption to meet sales demand.
• Ensure SOP is always followed in all sections of PDI & PPO.
• Ensure 5S & Kaizen initiatives are implemented & sustained.
• Ensure WIP control through daily monitor.
• Ensure associate engagement is improved through effective impact plan & action. Sustain impact plan actions.
• Focus on staff development & relevant training needs are supported & facilitated through AAA & AF Group trainings as required.
• Ensure teamwork & performance-oriented culture amongst associates.
• Ensure financial targets are achieved and are in proportion to the vehicle sales & workload in PDI & PPO.
• Always ensure compliance with HSSE standards.
• Always ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Ensure flawless PDI parts operation.
Required skills to be successful:

About the Team:
This role will be reporting directly to the Manager wherein you will be dealing directly with different Stakeholders across the organization.
What Equips You For The Role:
• Mechanical Engineering or Automobile engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Supervisory or Managerial position in Dealership Service or Dealership PDI Centre
