Plant Operations Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead daily plant operations, ensuring timely production and efficiency across all departments.
• Define, implement, and continuously refine operational best practices to enhance productivity.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to identify and address bottlenecks.
• Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal food safety standards and regulations.
• Develop, monitor, and manage operational budgets, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
• Oversee regular safety audits, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment for all employees.
• Mentor and guide junior staff, cultivating a culture of growth, learning, and operational excellence.
• Analyze production metrics and data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in food manufacturing with a focus on plant operations.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and data-driven decision-making tools.
