Develop and execute comprehensive PR and communication strategies to enhance Resal's brand presence and reputation.
Create engaging content for press releases, articles, blog posts, social media platforms, and other communication channels.
Build and maintain relationships with consumption terminals, media outlets, and industry influencers to secure media coverage and positive exposure.
Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage media relations, including drafting responses, coordinating interviews, and facilitating media partnerships.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends, and provide regular reports and analysis to the management team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business objectives.
Effectively manage relationships with third-party or / and agencies, such as PR firms or creative agencies, ensuring clear communication, collaborative workflow, and timely deliverables.
Plan and execute PR events, product launches, and media briefings, ensuring maximum media attendance and coverage.
Manage crisis communications and develop proactive strategies to address potential issues.
Oversee the development and distribution of marketing collaterals, press kits, and other communication materials.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in PR and communication.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven work experience 3- 5 years as a PR/Communication Lead or in a similar role, preferably in the technology or fintech industry.
Strong understanding of PR strategies, media relations, and digital communication channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Exceptional storytelling and content creation abilities.
Experience in crisis management and handling media inquiries.
Strong network of media contacts and industry influencers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and knowledge of digital marketing trends.
