Production Technician Assistant

You as a Production Technician Assistant will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will be performing installation of industrial equipment’s and machines, performing regular assembly through a lean and flow production line with outstanding performance that is targeting the best quality, maximum cost saving and shortest delivery time. Your responsibilities Ability to build Trollies and Racks according to drawing and load calculations. Implementing improvements and able to keep workstation fully organized. Responsible for maintaining PPDC room in good conditions and applying 5S. Responsible for installing all new devices across production line in proper manner.  Conducting routine check to all workstations. Maintaining safe and clean work environment. Actively supporting teamwork, effectively communicating, and collaborating with internal customer or stakeholder or colleague (assembly, testing, logistics...etc.). Independently following the factory rules and guidelines related to safety, quality, environment, recycling, and housekeeping. Providing feedback, sharing ideas and observations whenever possible Employee shall also carry out any tasks that are assigned by direct manager to fulfil the job requirements. Your background High School or Technical Diploma in industrial. 2+ years of experience in production or industrial. Understanding the lean concept and minimizing all related 7 wastes. Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse group. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
