About the Programs:
The Global Launch Program at 500 Global is designed to facilitate international expansion for startups by connecting them to key market gateways. This program enables startups to validate their target geographical hubs, land successfully, and expand their operations. As part of this initiative, we focus on Saudi Arabia as a landing hub, providing startups with the necessary support and resources to thrive in the MENA markets. The Startup Unlocked program at 500 Global is a bootcamp designed to support early-stage founding teams who are pre-launch and executives/working individuals looking to transition to entrepreneurship. The bootcamp will train these potential founders and startups on entrepreneurial frameworks and tools, providing them with a base to launch their businesses from.
What You Will Do:
As a Program Manager, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for startup management, and program coordination in the Saudi Arabia hub for the Global Launch program, and the Startup Unlocked Program. Both programs’ timelines might coincide, or overlap. This role requires 3-4 years of relevant experience in startup or innovation programs and/or events management.
Do note that this is a 12 month contract role.
Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Startup Management and Coordination: Work closely with the startups on their KPIs and targets, while managing all administrative aspects of startup related activities, including startup recruitment, interview, onboarding, etc. -
Day-to-Day Program Coordination: Manage the daily operations and logistics of the programs, ensuring smooth execution of all activities and initiatives, including but not limited to planning calendars, setting up schedules, taking care of logistics during workshops and events, creating feedback forms and obtaining survey results, and more. -
Event Management: Organize and execute events and workshops aimed at supporting startups and fostering innovation. -
Reporting and Evaluation: Track program metrics and performance indicators, preparing regular reports for internal stakeholders and contributing to program evaluation and improvement efforts.
Who You Are: - 3-4 years of experience in startup or innovation programs, events management, or related fields. - Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate projects and engage with diverse stakeholders. - Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian startup ecosystem and cultural dynamics. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Arabic.
