Job Description

1. Project Monitoring and Tracking:


  1. Monitor project progress and performance against the established plan, schedule, and
  2. budget.
  3. Identify potential risks, issues, and deviations from the plan and take appropriate
  4. corrective actions.
  5. Develop and maintain project control systems, including earned value analysis and
  6. project reporting tools.
  7. Analyze project data and provide regular status reports to project managers,
  8. stakeholders, and senior management.


2. Cost Control and Budget Management:


  1. Develop and maintain project budgets, including tracking and forecasting costs.
  2. Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to the approved budget.
  3. Conduct cost analysis, identify potential cost overruns, and recommend cost-saving
  4. measures.
  5. Manage change orders, claims, and contract variations to minimize cost impacts.


3. Schedule Management:


  1. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, incorporating resource constraints and
  2. dependencies.
  3. Monitor project activities and milestones against the schedule.
  4. Identify potential schedule delays and implement corrective actions to mitigate impacts.
  5. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure schedule
  6. alignment.


4. Contract Management:


  1. Review and manage project contracts, including terms, conditions, and deliverables.
  2. Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  3. Facilitate contract change management processes and negotiations.


5. Risk Management:


  1. Identify, assess, and monitor potential project risks.
  2. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
  3. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to manage and mitigate risks effectively


6. Documentation and Reporting:


  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, logs, and
  2. records.
  3. Prepare and present project control reports, highlighting key performance indicators,
  4. issues, and recommendations.
  5. Ensure proper documentation for legal, financial, and record-keeping purposes
