Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of civil construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement project plans for road construction projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
2. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies, to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, monitoring expenses, and making adjustments as necessary.
4. Oversee the planning and scheduling of road construction activities, ensuring timely completion of projects.
5. Monitor and evaluate project progress, conduct regular site visits, and address any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
6. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and building codes throughout the construction process.
7. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
8. Collaborate with the procurement team to source and select contractors and subcontractors for road construction projects.
9. Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed of project status and addressing any concerns or questions.
10. Ensure the successful delivery of road construction projects within budget, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in infrastructure, with a focus on road construction projects.
3. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
5. In-depth knowledge of road construction methods, materials, and techniques.
6. Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, and make sound decisions.
7. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
8. Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia.
9. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
