Project Manager - Infrastructure plays a critical role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale High speed rail projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills to ensure successful project outcomes within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities,
Develop the concept of the design request by the Temporary Works Coordinator and list any discrepancies for discussions. (Referring to the NEOM Standards)
Finalize the concept with the Temporary Works Coordinator and any related disciplines or Authority together with.
Develop the initial design/details and submit to the TWC for review and approval from any Authority if required.
Advise the principal contractor regarding any technical details if required/requested.
Attending meetings with any organization/authority if required on behalf of the principal contractor related to TWs.
Revise the design/details/drawings based on TWCs or Consultants comments at any time required.
Provide shop drawings for any Temporary work For Construction.
Provide time and cost-effective solutions for any type of Temporary work.
All the works shall be submitted within the scheduled time without any delay.
Major items,
1. Temporary Access Road design of traffic management and alignment.
2. Diversion of major highways design of traffic management and alignment.
3. Design and detail of Formwork and Scaffolding if required.
4. Design of shoring and protection system
5. Miscellaneous Structures
