• Manage the design phase of hotel projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to develop project plans and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Review and approve design documentation, including drawings and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and provide innovative solutions.
• Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and change requests.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure seamless transition from design to construction phase.
• Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders.
