Job Context: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of large-scale commercial and residential projects.

• Lead large-scale infrastructure projects; ensure on-time, budget-compliant completion.
• Manage a team of engineers, architects, and contractors.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, authorities, and vendors.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure project compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Oversee project budget and financial management.
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain project documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
• At least 9-11 years of experience in managing infrastructure projects, especially in commercial and residential sectors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Understanding of the unique cultural and regulatory landscape of Makkah.
• Previous experience in projects based in Makkah.
