Description

JASARA PMC, a leading construction and project management company, is currently seeking expression of interest for the role of QA/QC Manager (EOI). As a QA/QC Manager (EOI), you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the quality inspection activities in our projects. You will develop and implement quality control plans, coordinate and conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures. The ideal candidate has a strong background in quality inspection within the construction industry and is skilled in managing inspection teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures Coordinate and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards Manage and train quality inspection teams Perform audits and review inspection reports Identify and resolve quality issues Collaborate with project teams to implement improvements in quality control processes Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field 10-15 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards Experience in managing and training inspection teams Excellent communication and leadership skills Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Certifications in quality management or related field are a plus* Proficiency in Arabic and English Spoken and written.
