Quality Compliance Specialist - Saudi National

Your Opportunity  


We are currently bidding for a prestigious new project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and we are looking for a Quality Compliance Specialist who will support the Senior Quality Compliance Specialist in applying leading practices in Quality Management to ensure outsourcing consultants and O&M contractors adhere to best practices.


The purpose of the project under this contract is to provide consulting and management support to a Ministry in KSA with the necessary tools to manage and maintain assets and facilities, through improving activities to meet service requirements, developing business strategies that ensure reducing costs of the life cycle of assets, and improving practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness. It includes but not limited to long-term management of assets, facilities, resources and services to improve performance, reduce costs and manage the life cycle. In brief, the scope is for the provision of consulting, technical, management and administrative support for facilities and asset management works.


The Ministry is in the process of developing and executing a transformation program. This program involves transitioning from the management of operations and maintenance contracts to the management of contracts related to assets and facilities. The Ministry’ primary objective is to achieve maximum value and benefit for the life cycle of assets and facilities within their estate.

The hiring for this position is subject to contract award.


Key Accountabilities


  • Support the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) and compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.


  • Support in audits and assessments of quality systems, processes, and documentation to verify compliance with applicable local regulations and identify areas for improvement.


  • Provide support to cross-functional teams on quality and compliance matters, including interpretation of regulations, standards, and guidelines.


  • Support in the development of quality assurance procedures, work instructions, and documentation templates to standardize processes and ensure consistency in quality practices.


  • Support in quality assessments and mitigation activities to identify and address potential quality and compliance risks within the organization's operations.


  • Support and track in corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) resulting from audits, inspections, or non-conformance events, ensuring timely resolution and effectiveness verification.


  • Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to drive improvement initiatives and enhance quality performance.


  • Support external audits and inspections by regulatory agencies, notified bodies, and customers, facilitating audit readiness activities.


  • Support in the monitoring of changes in regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices, assessing their impact on the organization's quality systems and recommending necessary updates and modifications.


  • Prepare and present reports, metrics, and findings related to quality and compliance performance to senior management, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders as needed.


  • Support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.


  • Conduct quality audits, identify areas for improvement, and ensure the implementation of corrective actions.


  • Support in overseeing the quality assurance of outsourcing consultants and operation and maintenance contractors to ensure compliance with contractual and project requirements.


  • Perform any other tasks as required by the Senior Quality Compliance Specialist.


Specific Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field


  • Minimum 7 years’ Experience


  • Practical experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


  • Experience in quality services and studies.


  • Experience in compliance, quality compliance policy and follow-up and readjustment.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


  • Familiarity with facilities operation consultancy is a plus.


  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
