JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost and commercial management on a range of civil engineering projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Responsibilities

Prepare and review cost estimates for construction projects. Evaluate bids and proposals from contractors and subcontractors. Manage project budgets and track expenses. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues. Prepare and analyze project reports, including cash flow forecasts. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects. Ensure compliance with relevant quality, health, and safety standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of quantity surveying techniques and principles. Proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Experience working on civil engineering projects is preferred.
