Job Description

  • Working alongside with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
  • Source Candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Shortlist the most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
  • interviewing Candidates in Person or online to assist their Skills and knowledge for the role
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders

Skills

  • Saudi National only
  • A degree in Human resources or any related Experience
  • 1 to 3 years of Experience in Construction field is Preferred
  • English Language Proficiency is a Must
  • Proficiency with Social Media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
