About the job Regional Sales & Channel Manager (KSA-BAH)

Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA), covering Saudi Arabia and Bahrain territories

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales & Channel Manager to drive sales and channel partnerships in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.


Job Description: As a Regional Sales & Channel Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain for our ERP and Software Business Applications. This role requires a strong individual contributor who can also lead a team of sales professionals effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and penetrate key markets in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
  2. Channel Management: Build and manage a network of channel partners, resellers, and distributors to extend market reach and drive sales in the region.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
  4. Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
  6. Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on opportunities.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, pre-sales, and product development to drive product enhancements, customer success, and market expansion initiatives.
  8. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

Requirements:


  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales, channel management, and team leadership, preferably in the IT/software industry.
  3. Strong understanding of ERP systems and Software Business Applications.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results independently.
  6. Fluency in English and Arabic languages is a plus.
  7. Experience working in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain markets is mandatory.
  8. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
