Job Description

The Rental Sales & Operations Representative is a dual-role position tasked with managing client relationships and ensuring smooth operational processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining customer satisfaction, and overseeing the daily operational functions within the company. Sales Management:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential and current clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify opportunities for new client acquisition.
 Operations Coordination:
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and returns of rental units.
  • Manage inventory, including tracking and documentation.
  • Oversee the booking system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the fleet management team to ensure vehicles are in peak condition for rentals.
  • Address and resolve any operational issues that arise, providing customer support as needed.
 Reporting & Analysis:
  • Generate regular reports on sales and operations metrics.
  • Analyze market trends and operational performance to suggest improvements.
  • Conduct sales forecasts and operational analysis to assist in strategic planning.
 Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
  • Resolve any issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
 Administrative Support:
  • Assist in setting and monitoring sales targets for the customer support team.
  • Manage and update customer databases with contact details and the status of deals.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure billing accuracy.
KPIs:
  • Meetings are given dead and timelines
  • A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude
  • The ability to be competitive while maintaining the client's best interests
  • Ensure satisfaction of Customers
  • Punctuality (meetings, business visits, office timings).
  • Sales target achievements.
  • Any other KPIs that could form a part of responsibilities.

Previous experience in rental or sales
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using computer systems and software
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift heavy objects
Knowledge of the rental industry and market trends
