Job Description
Amaken is currently hiring for a Multinational Chain Group (Fast Food Industry), a Male Restaurant Manager Trainee to be based in KSA.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the restaurant manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure that all customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers.
- Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff members.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Assist in analyzing financial data and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
Preferred Candidate:
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in using restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
