Restaurant Supervisor

At Eram Talent, we are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's restaurant and providing exceptional customer service to guests.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers
• Ensure adherence to restaurant policies and procedures
• Train new staff members and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
• Oversee the dining area to maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup
• Monitor and manage guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination of food orders
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
• Handle cash transactions and accurately process payments
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations
