Job Description

Talent 360 is looking for one of our clients  Committed Female Sales admin 
Job Duties:
1. Coordinate and supply the overall logistics of the office (the office supplies, various departments’ needs... etc.)
2. maintain budgets of operational costs.
3. Responsible for coordinating client meetings, showing reservation, contracts preparation, arranging agreements, filing and archiving the contracts.
4. Provide a range of reports depending on what is requested by the manager or sales associates.
5. Maintain records and lists of progressed finance and legal contracts and documents of clients and provide reference.
6. Preparing sales offers, Quotations and Proofread documents, records, or other files to ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
1. Flexible to travel Saudi Arabia.
2. Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business administration /marketing relevant field.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft office and other operational software.
4. Excellent up to fluent English level.
5. Excellent communicator both orally and written.
6. Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
7. Problem-solving, analytical and customer service skills.
