Responsible for leading the sales team and driving revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.

What you'll do!


  • Identifying new market opportunities, developing sales plans, and leading the execution of the plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales success...
  • Monitoring market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining sales collateral, including sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Managing the sales pipeline and tracking progress against sales targets..
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors to inform sales strategies
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Creating and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform decision-making and measure performance
  • Managing the negotiating of contracts and closing deals with customers.
  • Setting sales targets and goals for your team and tracking their progress toward achieving them.

What you should have!


Bachelor's Computer science/ business administration or any related field


+ 10 years of experience (manager)


Proficiency in sales methodologies, such as Solution Selling or Challenger Sales


Develop and execute effective sales strategies.


Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools


Agile mindset.
