Description



• Assists in the development and implementation of Department policies, processes, and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled
• Supervises the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established standards and procedures
Job Specific
Identifies and signs contracts with individual travel agent to ensure following the sales strategy and policies, pricing policies.
Provides market knowledge to respective departments to increase the sales target.
Maintains close liaison with government agencies, commercial organizations accounts, and establishments to promote sales, towards maximizing Saudia revenue.
Monitors controls daily sales activities in all sales offices in the district and maintains regular feedback on sales-related performance as well as keeps Saudia manager abreast with sales strategy and its results.
Holds regular meetings with staff and provides timely decisions to alleviate day-to-day operation problems.
Evaluate the performance of commission agents and recommend improvements.
Organizes sales, develops and implements efficient procedures with flexibility to absorb seasonal mass movements.
Maintains strict control over operating expenses to ensure that expenditure remains within the budgetary approvals
Ensures the maintenance of excellent customer relations and services in the area.

Requirements



Academic and professional qualifications:
(MM): Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Business
Administration (Major Sales), Marketing, Industrial Management (Major Marketing), Industrial Engineering, Economics, Accounting.
