Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing product sales, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the company. The candidate will be dealing with the sales of Uniforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the trading industry. This role requires someone who is highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product development and improvement
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Stay updated with industry developments and trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations
  • Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner


Preferred Candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the trading industry
  • Previous experience in selling uniforms is a plus
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
