About the job Sales Support Specialist
Job Description:
Our client, a leading company in electrification, is seeking an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join their dynamic team in Al-Khobar.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong business relationships and provide proactive support to partners, internal teams, and external customers.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships by delivering excellent service and demonstrating technical knowledge of customer needs.
- Identify and cultivate new market opportunities within the assigned geographical area and segments.
- Drive demand for ABB Installation Products by implementing a tailored approach to consultants, OEMs, and contractors.
- Expand business through the channel partner network, identifying qualified opportunities and converting them into sustainable business.
- Provide accurate forecasts for Demand Orders and Revenue.
- Possess a fair knowledge of AutoCAD, with the ability to read and understand architectural layouts, sections, and elevations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to offer insights for product development and sales strategy.
Qualifications:
- Ideally, hold a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical or Instrumentation).
- Sound knowledge of products including Steel Back Boxes and junction boxes in both NEC and IEC range, Liquid-tight flexible conduit systems, Cable lugs and glands, EMT and Rigid conduit systems.
- 5 years of experience in specifying products involved in demand creation by collaborating closely with project consultants and contractors within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Sound knowledge of ELIP product lines.
- Fluent in English.
