Industrial Complex, Riyadh
The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
The Functional Consultant serves as a leader and subject matter expert for the business in the area of assigned SAP Hybris Commerce module and its business processes. Play a significant role in design process, implementation, and ongoing enhancements for the SAP module. He/she will work closely and often facilitate efforts with the business in the definition of process and enhancements needed for the business systems. Responsible for having an in-depth knowledge of assigned SAP modules and direct configuration needed.
• Actively involved in end-to-end implementations from conceptualization to Go Live. Involved in scoping, analysis, design, development, customizations, and Support of all CX applications and business processes
• Accountable for timely delivery, meeting agreed standards, multi-tasking different activities, closely collaborating and mentoring the internal and external consultants.
• Effectively communicate in your client facing role for customer concerns\requirements, status of tasks, risks and dependencies appropriately with the team to work and resolve gaps\issues.
• Foster the culture of innovation, building and enduring healthy relationships with positive feedback from colleagues and customers.
• Provide subject matter expertise on SAP’s best practices for implementing respective SAP module business processes. Lead workshops in gathering business requirements, influence adoption of standard SAP processes, identify and handle gaps while minimizing development effort. Provides effective subject matters expertise, support and assurance to business
• Design, configure, test, and implement assigned SAP module business processes and ensure SAP standard is followed, minimizing customization
• Define and execute unit test, integration test and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live
• Contribute in managing SAP projects or programs within defined time, quality and cost constraints to deliver solutions for ultimate business satisfaction
• Support the existing productive implementation of assigned SAP module and resolve incidents based on pre-defined SLAs and identify and ensure any change request follow the Request for Change processes and not through incidents
• Documenting all aspects of the assigned SAP module implementation (e.g. business blueprint design, application configuration, functional specifications, test plans, business process procedures etc.)
• Contribute to IT department level improvements by delivering on initiatives that contribute to governance and standardization of processes including but not limited to Business Process & Procedures.
• Experience and full lifecycle involvement with both waterfall and Agile methodologies.
