In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our most ambitious resort and entertainment destination, leading a team of talented professionals and orchestrating the seamless integration of BIM processes across all project phases. In addition, your responsibilities will be:
· You will champion the adoption and implementation of BIM standards, including the esteemed 19650 Standards, serving as a beacon of compliance and ensuring unwavering adherence across all project stakeholders. Your leadership will set the tone for excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
· With an unwavering commitment to efficiency, you will oversee the strategic utilization of BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), leveraging the full potential of these powerful platforms to streamline project management and collaboration. Your expertise will propel seamless integration, enabling your team to operate at the forefront of digital construction.
· Backed by your remarkable proficiency in Civil 3D and a strong foundation in Revit knowledge, you will ensure the seamless integration of design data and coordination across disciplines. Your technical prowess will be the catalyst for harmonious collaboration, driving projects towards success with precision and finesse.
· You will develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of WET/DRY utilities, empowering you to make informed decisions and mitigate potential risks with astute foresight. Your analytical acumen will safeguard projects, ensuring they navigate challenges with confidence and resilience.
· With an unwavering commitment to excellence, you will rigorously review and validate Contractor deliverables, including BIM Execution Plans, Shop Drawings (LOD400), 4D Model (Construction Simulations), 5D (Cost Estimation), As-Builts (LOD 500), COBie requirements, and Asset Information Parameters. Your meticulous attention to detail will be the cornerstone of quality assurance, ensuring every aspect of the project meets the highest standards.
Here's What You'll Need:
As a seasoned professional, you will have proven experience in BIM management with a track record of successfully delivering on complex infrastructure projects. Additional skills are:
· You will bring your comprehensive understanding of BIM standards, particularly the 19650 Standards, to ensure their effective practical application in construction projects, driving successful outcomes.
· Your hands-on experience with BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) will showcase your proficiency in managing projects on these platforms, leveraging their features to optimize workflows and enhance collaboration.
· With your strong proficiency in Civil 3D, you will confidently navigate and utilize its advanced features, enabling you to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
· Your basic knowledge of Revit will empower you to effectively collaborate and coordinate with design teams, fostering seamless communication and integration.
