Senior Hydrology Engineer (E3-4)

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Conducts hydrologic studies using computer models, and data research/capture following applicable standards and data capture protocols.
• Professional Knowledge in
  • Regulatory Codes
  • Standard Design
  • Design Coordination standards
• Have a deep experience in fluid mechanics dealing with the collection, storage, control, transport, regulation, measurement, and use of water.
• Perform Quality assurance checks of models, graphics, and reports.
• Review studies of existing flood control projects to assess their efficiency or safety risks.
• Coordinate activities with the project team, engineers, and GIS Specialists.
• Proficient in CAD applications and a variety of relevant Hydrology software and Applications.
• Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent and worked in Mega Projects
• At least 17+ years of experience in a construction management/supervision role.
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Experience working on Infrastructure projects is a must.
