Senior Manager Land Acquisition - Railway Experience

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop & manage a land acquisition plan to achieve the strategy of the Land Management Function.
• Support in drafting and reviewing legal documents that may include but limited to; NDAs, MOUs, and MOMs
• Liaise with SAR land acquisition department
• Maintain healthy progress reports to keep decision makers updated on findings including the early identification and ongoing tracking of any development
• Must have Land Surveying and GIS experience in railway project

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Holds a relevant Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Business Management / Real Estate or equivalent.
• Has a total professional experience of 10 years
• Ideally has 5 years of experience in Railway projects.
• Held similar role as a Senior Manager for a minimum of 5 years.
• This role requires one who speaks and write Arabic
• Must be at a very comfortable level in handling all level of authorities, stakeholders and government entities.
