Senior Sales Representative Orthopedic- Trauma

It specializes in 8 key segments which include Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, ENT, STG, Dermatology, Optical, Diagnostics, and Surgical Therapies.

AMICO Group currently have an opportunity for a Senior Sales Representative for our Orthopedic Department to be based in Khobhar.

Job description and Responsibilities:

• Provide required product information for the HCPs.
• Train surgeons and nurses on our General Orthopedics Trauma portfolio through extensive workshops and demonstrations.
• Executes regional and local promotional activities that designed to enhance sales in specific product lines or areas.
• Supporting Surgeons and Nurses in Orthopedic surgeries in operating rooms.
  Scheduling appointments and make sales presentations to customers.
• Follows up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assists in making sales forecasts for business planning by account and presenting them to management.
  Achieve quarterly and annually assigned business plans.
• Prepares sales reports and documents as required. CRM, etc.
• Targets and manages assigned territory while operating within assigned budget.
• Performs sales, contract and/or tender management activities.
  Reporting on market competition activities.
• Develops customer and product focused presentation packages for sales.
  Assists in the attainment of established sales goals including market share objectives.
  Assists in implementing market development and field marketing activities.
• Makes regular visits to client sites  to gather information and anticipate market conditions.
  
  Required Qualifications
  
  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, Medical background is preferred.
  Preferred  3-4 years of sales experience in Orthopedics Medical Devices- Trauma would be an advantage.
  Excellent relationship with Orthopedics clients.
  Knowledge of the Saudi market is preferred.
  Excellent communication skills.
  Fluency in English.
  Willing to learn new technical skills.
