This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.

Job Summary:

Responsible for delivering client-facing services including the advisory, management and co-ordination of various climate change, sustainability and/or social value related activities on projects and/or programmes. Support work winning, and the delivery of Mace's 2026 business plan and Responsible Business strategy.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Lead the development of social value strategies on the project, including agreeing project outcomes and ensuring their delivery by the project team.

  
  

• Delivering Social Value consultancy services for a large regional aviation client.

  
  

• Working with supply chains and consultants to develop Social Value KPIs, handbooks, and reporting mechanisms within the project.

  
  

• Attending client meetings and project review meetings to report outputs, issues, and risks.

  
  

• Establishing strong, positive relationships with the client, identifying opportunities for further work and support.

  
  

• Manage a team of managers and assistant managers within the Social Value team.

  
  

• Writing bid submissions and representing the Social Value team in bid presentations.

  
  

• Supporting the development of the Social Value service offer across the business, including marketing/branding material and case studies.

  
  

• Delivering Social Value training to the Responsible Business team and the wider business.

  
  

• Supporting the delivery of Mace’s Grow Together strategy and Value to Society targets.

  
  

• Identifying and producing case studies to assist with communicating best practice and lessons learnt.

  
  

• Provide reach-back support into the central Responsible Business Social Value consult team.

  
  

You’ll need to have:

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.

  
  

• Qualifications: Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Post Graduate Degree, Etc) (or equivalent).

  
  

• Practical experience in the following sectors would be beneficial: Infrastructure (e.g., rail, highways, aviation, defence, energy, utilities, nuclear).
