About the role
As a Senior Store Keeper, you will be managing tracking and shipping processes and be responsible for implementing solutions and process improvements for shipment and supplier issues to ensure on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Store Keeper you will:
Manage delivery assurance processes and / or works to achieve day-to-day delivery assurance objectives.
Implement solutions to issues such as the coordination of shipments, sub-process suppliers and technical assistance to ensure on-time delivery, and to identify root causes that impacts on-time delivery.
Implement process improvements and deploys delivery assurance system to ensure early identification of shortages.
Collaborate with other departments as necessary with regard to meeting customer requirements, minimizing negative impacts on a business in the case of shortages.
Ensure timely delivery of all materials required for the production of assigned complex components.
Requirements
3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role
Advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
University Degree in Supply Chain/Commerce or related field
