Job Description

Commissioning, Supervision, Installation Guidance, Trouble Shooting of Industrial Boilers Project Handling and Guidance to customers from After Sales Activity Faulty component Diagnosis and handling Good Will / Warranty Claims Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Risk assessment and Resource management activities in Service agreements Sales of Annual Maintenance Contracts & Execution Periodic Audit / Efficiency Trials of Boilers Tools and Asset management Training and Partners development in Middle East Region Creation of Awareness and Generation of Enquiries for Modernisation / Retrofit Participate in Technical Discussions to support sales in New Projects Spares and Service management

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering 5 to 6 years of Experience in Commissioning and Troubleshooting of Industrial Steam Boilers Hands on Experience with Burners and Burner Management Systems Thorough knowledge of Balance of Plant Accessories / Boiler House Accessories Reasonable knowledge on Steam Distribution and Steam Utilisation besides Proficiency in Steam Generation. Experience in PLC & Building management systems Experience of managing Service contracts end to end and Renewal. Proficiency in Written and Spoken English Proficiency in interaction with customers of diverse cultures. KSA Driving License Preferable Willingness to travel extensively Adaptability to diverse culture within the company and across the partners in the region.
