ResponsibilitiesJob Description:Work with clients to understand business processes and requirementsDesign, develop, and implement customized solutions using the ServiceNow platformConfigure and customize ServiceNow modules and integrate with third-party applicationsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team membersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applicationsProvide technical support and maintenance for ServiceNowDevelop technical documentation, including design, configuration, and testing documentationProvide training and support to end-users on the ServiceNow platform and related processesLead and participate in the delivery of large-scale ServiceNow projectsRequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related fieldSeveral years of experience working with the ServiceNow platformStrong knowledge of ServiceNow modulesProficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules and integrating with other systems and applicationsExperience leading and participating in large-scale ServiceNow projectsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentServiceNow certification, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), is preferredOverall, the ServiceNow Senior Professional Consultant plays a critical role in ensuring clients are leveraging the ServiceNow platform to its fullest potentialRecruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
