Job Description

To process and administer the movement of customer orders from order entry to delivery in compliance with global and local regulations. To foster an end to ending thinking approach by ensuring a reliable supply to our customers through order management operations & excellent customer service.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare relevant import documentation in accordance with relevant country customs regulations by extracting required information, completing the documents, and submitting to the customs and customer appointed clearing agent as required. Coordinate with local Regulatory affair staff on the required importation permits and execute the process until the permits are obtained on time. Monitor and coordinate all inbound shipments to country. Review exceptions and deviations and manage accordingly. Resolve logistic claims by investigate the claim, identifying potential solutions, submit claims, liaise with relevant stakeholders and communicate with the customers as required. Minimize the total importation lead-time and the GIT value. Maintaining clean flow of product and solve all bugs of the process in regular bases. Manage and review the related service providers agreements. And monitor their performance in terms of cost and service level. Maintain all records & documents related to the importation processes and manage archiving according to the organization and authority requirements.
