Position Overview:

As an AI and Data Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our advanced AI and data solutions to businesses across various industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our AI and data products and services.

You are:

A growth-focused sales professional who has successfully created positive impact through year-on-year business expansion. You know – and have run all phases of a sales cycle, including qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process and technical expertise. You develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients by using a differentiated roadmap and framework leveraging the latest cloud-based technologies.

Origination of data opportunities ranging from legacy data migration to modernization (ex: data fabric) type opportunities

  • Ability to convince clients on the right data solution leveraging their investments
  • Create solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs.
  • Interacts with senior management levels at clients and within Alnafitha, determines pursuit strategies, develops client messaging plans and relationships, and applies industry-leading Data transformation strategies and practices.
  • Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
  • Operates and directs specific sales activities.
  • Flexibility to travel

Requirements Certification Requirements:

  • Extensive experience originating and closing deals in the professional services space specifically focused on Data & AI Solutions
  • Deep understanding of data concepts and platforms like snowflake, data brick, Microsoft stack, etc…
  • Minimum of 8 years’ Sales Pursuit experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct sales with quota of +3M
  • Fully Bilingual (English / Arabic) for roles based in Riyadh
Technical Skills:
  • Handled the full sales cycle – from origination to contract closure
  • Knowledge of Product based Service Delivery Model – new ways of delivering operational services.
  • Knowledge of Creative deal shapes e.g. Managed Serviced deal that has embedded Data optimization, network modernization
  • Strong pricing acumen and competitive benchmarks at market level
  • Industry experience in State & Local Government, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Banking, Insurance,
  • Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management.
  • Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.
  • High energy level, focus and ability to work well in demanding client environments.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility and character.
